Walker is a 6-year-old Tennessee Walking Horse. He was given to the Foundation with the promise that we would give him lifetime care and keep, and that we would finish his training. Though he is still a green horse--a horse that has been given a basic training but not finished--he has made much progress and is continuing to improve. He does go through periods of complete stubbornness, though!

Walker is one of the few fully sound horses the Foundation has. Despite the fact that he was not a rescue, he will eventually take the place of some of the aging school horses that were rescued as a lesson horse for children. Therefore, he falls into the school as support for the future.
