Our sanctuary is located on Harmony Farms near Poulsbo, WA, on 12 acres of beautiful rural land in Big Valley. We maintain a resident herd of 25 rescued horses, a number of which participate in our equine therapy and weekly lesson programs. New additions to the herd are rescued only when one of our older horses, several now well into their thirties, moves on to greener pastures. Over the years, however, the Foundation has helped rehome over 700 other horses by networking between other rescuers and potential qualified horse owners.
The Foundation School of Horsemanship operates year round, with lessons held in our large Mike & Kay Daling Memorial Equine Education Center indoor riding arena.
